Statement of Purpose

A conflict of interest arises when differing goals impair an individual’s ability to exercise impartial judgment. In the workplace, a conflict of interest can exist when an employee’s personal affiliation or participation in an activity affects the employee’s objectivity in a way that could lead to actions or inactions that serve CSC poorly. CSC employees are required to avoid situations that cause a conflict between their personal interest and the interests of the company and to disclose a potential conflict to avoid any problems.

If you have an actual or potential conflict of interest, use the following form to provide information to the Ethics and Compliance Office for review. The details of your submission are confidential and can only be accessed by authorized users. You will be contacted after your submission is received and provided instructions on how to proceed.
